I was tagged once again by *Blastmasterism324 (https://www.deviantart.com/blastmasterism324), this time inquiring about Statesman 1.  I think I created him back in 1986 or '87,  and he was originally called Guardstar, a name I then used for a friend's character (that he was largely indifferent to, and need to remake), and have recently decided to use for my Avengers style super team.
